		<description>Great question, Shannon! I do both. Sometimes I sneak in a little bit of a self-reflecting trait, but many times I enjoy having my characters do something so opposite me so I can vicariously live through them for a little bit. 

I had to laugh, too, since I have had athletic characters when I am so, so far from being more than a typewriting competitor. Ha.
